Deliverance Church International Daystar is located in Machakos County, about 39 miles southeast of Nairobi, creating a vital point of connection for the surrounding community. Its proximity to the orphanage across the street allows the church to serve as a steady source of support, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement for children and families who rely on it daily.
Current Ministry Areas
The Consider It Joy missions team travels to Daystar each year to offer Vacation Bible School for children in the church and surrounding community, participate in church life, and lead meaningful programming for men and women. These annual visits strengthen relationships, encourage local ministry, and help more families discover the support and opportunities Daystar provides.
The Future
We are open to expanding programming in Machakos County, building on the same model of encouragement, service, and community partnership that has taken root in Busia. With additional funding, we can begin developing these future initiatives—strengthening local ministries, supporting families, and creating new opportunities for spiritual and practical growth.
